چکیده

Background: The honey bee of the Apis mellifera species is main type cultivated in almost all countries world, including Indonesia. Honey has benefits various aspects, food, health, and beauty. Royal jelly a daily food menu as supplement to maintain increase health vitality. Purpose: Analyzing immunogenic toxinogenic proteins carpatica immunotherapy. Method: Conversion nucleotides into amino acids. carpatica, analysis three-dimensional structure Protein Analysis Ramachandran Plots epitope allergen proteins, antigens toxins. Research result: research results found that six were epitope, antigenic, non-toxic. Allergens three are non-allergenic. In this study, not been opens opportunities for proteomic studies protein, protein isolation. Conclusion: findings study can be used basis use immunotherapy materials against reproductive disorders.

Identification of genes related to high royal jelly production in the honey bee (Apis mellifera) using microarray analysis

China is the largest royal jelly producer and exporter in the world, and high royal jelly-yielding strains have been bred in the country for approximately three decades. However, information on the molecular mechanism underlying high royal jelly production is scarce. Here, a cDNA microarray was used to screen and identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) to obtain an overview on the change...

A Survy on Deletion and Insertions Presented in MRJP3 (Major Royal Jelly Protein 3) Gene in Isfahan Persian Hony Bee (Apis Mellifera Meda)

Objectives: Royal jelly (RJ), a secretion of both the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of nurse workers, is believed to play a central role in honeybee queen development. Important component of royal jelly are proteins which form about 50% of the dry mass of RJ. Major royal jelly proteins (MRJPs) are the dominant proteinaceous component of royal jelly and constitute about 82-90% of total pr...

Proteomic Analysis of Apis cerana and Apis mellifera Larvae Fed with Heterospecific Royal Jelly and by CSBV Challenge

Chinese honeybee Apis cerana (Ac) is one of the major Asian honeybee species for local apiculture. However, Ac is frequently damaged by Chinese sacbrood virus (CSBV), whereas Apis mellifera (Am) is usually resistant to it. Heterospecific royal jelly (RJ) breeding in two honeybee species may result in morphological and genetic modification. Nevertheless, knowledge on the resistant mechanism of A...

Jelleines: a family of antimicrobial peptides from the Royal Jelly of honeybees (Apis mellifera).

Four antimicrobial peptides were purified from Royal Jelly of honeybees, by using reverse phase-HPLC and sequenced by using Q-Tof-MS/MS: PFKLSLHL-NH(2) (Jelleine-I), TPFKLSLHL-NH(2) (Jelleine-II), EPFKLSLHL-NH(2) (Jelleine-III), and TPFKLSLH-NH(2) (Jelleine-IV). The peptides were synthesized on-solid phase, purified and submitted to different biological assays: antimicrobial activity, mast cell...
